ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I am aware that my organizations/teams' usage of Savage Park, Hilti Park and The Diamonds at LaFortune exposes the applicant to risk of physical injury by the nature of the sport. This being considered, I do release and exonerate Tulsa Little League, Inc., Tulsa County, the Board of County Commissioners, The City of Tulsa, Tulsa Little League Baseball, INC., their agents and employees from any and all liability as a result of injury associated with participation in this sports activity. I, the applicant will abide by the rules of Tulsa Little League for usage of the field. I do release and exonerate Tulsa Little League Baseball, Inc. its Board of Directors and associated personnel from any and all liability as a result of the our participation in the program or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize. 2. I acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable.
